Terms & Conditions

• This program is open to all Smartbees customers.
  
• Each Smartbees customer needs to register as a member of this program (herein after referred to as "Introducer"), to be entitled for the rebate reward incentive as stated.
  
• Promotional items are not eligible for this programme.
  
• The Introducer will receive a reward as an incentive for each new valid and successful activation of Smartbees. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Introducer's Smartbees account is terminated, the reward due and owing from Connected Learning to the Introducer will be forfeited. The Introducer agrees that the forfeited rebate reward shall not be converted into cash in any way whatsoever.
  
• STAMP cannot be transferred.
  
• Collect 3 STAMPs to extend 12 months Smartbees Portal Usage.
  
• Each STAMP is valid until membership expires.
  
• Only Redeemable in CLSB.
  
• Connected Learning shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any reward not received by the Introducer once the said reward has been dispensed to the Introducer by Connected Learning.
  
• Connected Learning reserves the right to change the value of the reward without prior notice.
  
• When registering a new member, the Introducer must ensure that the details of the new member and Introducer are correct.
  
• Connected Learning reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
  
• By taking part in this program, the Introducer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions and the decision of Connected Learning shall be final and binding on all matters of the program.
  
• Connected Learning reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the Introducer's account in the event of fraud, negligence and/or other activities deemed inappropriate by Connected Learning during participation of the program without assigning the Introducer with any reason whatsoever. Pending investigation of the fraud, negligence and/or other activities deemed inappropriate by Connected Learning, the reward will not be dispensed to the Introducer until the said investigation is completed to the satisfaction of Connected Learning.
  
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
