(Tony Buzan, Use Your Head)
According to Tony Buzan and many educational psychologists, students will forget at least 80% of what they had learned within 24 hours. However, if students revise one hour after what they had learned, followed by the same revision one day, one week, one month and six months later, this revision will become fixed in their long term memory and will be easy to be recalled.
